A white, terraced family villa that steps down to the water with shaded decks on every level.
01The brief
A family of six wanted a frond villa that felt open to the sea yet private from the neighbouring plots, with a majlis that could host forty guests.
02Our approach
We stacked three cantilevered floors and pulled the private rooms to the back of the plot. Deep overhangs cut summer solar gain by 38% and frame the sea from every bedroom.
